Patients without Insurance
If you are not covered by an insurance carrier, we ask that you contact our Billing Office prior to treatment to discuss your financial situation. It is the policy of the Center to require payment in full prior to treatment on the date of service. If special arrangements need to be made, a payment contract can be arranged for you with our Billing Office. For your added convenience, Centennial also accepts CareCredit.
